I asked for almond shape, full set...$97. I hate spending this kind of money and leave dissatisfied. I got that but my nail shape but they were placed in a kicked up position. I asked my nail technician (Le Le) to fix it. She claimed she could not curve my nail... and did not....why not was my question....

I'm so disappointed in the service I received today from Kim Nails in Rocky Mount NC, today, it wasn't because of the nail tech but the young lady that mangages the place, she is so rude and she also cheated me out of $10, my husband had paid $60 for my French tips, he had sat there till he grew tired and then he came to me and gave me the receipt and said he was going out side, as soon as he did that the rude girl came in and decided to tell me that I owed her an additional $10 becaus the male tech had put the pink gel on m... read more
