Absolutely horrible. I got acrylic nails put on and it took almost 2.5 hours and all I got was a simple French tip. Not only that but he cut me 2x with his nail which is SO GROSS to me. I’d rather be cut with tools. The French that was done was horrible. The service was horrible and they kept trying to upsell me even for the 7th time they asked me I said no. Worst service in the sault.
im actively sitting in my car bawling my eyes out. I went in to just get the left hand on my nails trimmed and he trimmed all of them despite me actively begging him not to touch my right hand. Were very chunky, he left the edges unpainted, uneven tips, I asked him to do a star in the middle and he did white despite me asking for pink, son had to take over, did the wrong color again. I was trying my hardest not to cry. Christmas is ruined!!!!
