Service is horrible. When I went in there they only had two people working. Why run a business if you can’t keep up with your customers? I walked in and they told me to sit and they’d be right with me. MIND YOU, they had 1 customer each, getting their toes done and did not give me an estimated wait time. I waited for an hour before I finally just got up and left. They wasted my time. I definitely will not ever be going back there and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was just at Kim nails by Kroger and had a HORRIBLE experience. My nails are atrocious and I ask three different times for her to file my nails more and she would file a little. When I left my nails were lumpy, crooked, and not the shape I had asked for. She would get annoyed each time I told her I didn’t like the shape. HORRIBLE. Made fun of me for my short nails and said my friend had a crooked pinky. They then laughed about us in a different language. Never spoke to us either. Put a heart on my friends nail after she repeatedly told them not too. THEY CHARGED ME $6 FOR EACH SMALL STICKER. I could get a pack of 1,000s of those stickers from Amazon for like $5. I will say I got in quickly with no appointment needed. I am extremely picky on my nails and they were for my birthday so it was a little disappointed to see some wavy and misshapen.
