Our experience with our realtor Kim McBerry was truly exceptional from start to finish. She went above and beyond in every possible way and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth. What stood out the most was how incredibly responsive, attentive, and proactive she is. No question was ever too small, and we always felt like we were a priority. Kim was available when we needed her, she communicated clearly, kept us informed every step of the way, and consistently made us feel confident that we were in the bes... read more
10 out of 10 realtor! Helped make the home buying process as seamless as it could be for my girlfriend and I. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Thank you, Kim!
I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!! As you might be able to tell by the last name, Kim is my mom, and you never quite know what you’re going to get working with a parent! But I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My mom was incredible throughout this whole process, and was my #1 advocate the entire time. To future buyers - you will not regre... read more
Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire transaction. She stayed proactive, kept everyone informed, and always put her clients' best interests first. As a lender with over 34 years of experience, I can confidently say Kim is one of the best Realtors I've worked with. I truly enjoyed partnering with her and look forward to closing many more transactions together. Highly recommend!
This is the second time I’ve worked with Kim, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nearly five years ago, she helped me sell my childhood home, and last summer she once again went above and beyond to guide me through selling the home I lived in for 29 years. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made both transactions smooth and stress‑free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
