We recently purchased some property and Kim was the exclusive seller's agent. Even though she did not represent us, she was great to work with and very fair. The communication was always immediate and she took the time on a Sunday to walk the whole property to be sure we saw everything. Great energy, personality and very professional. I would highly recommend Kim.
Kim, Tommie, and Ashley were the absolute best at helping me sell my parents' house. It was a difficult decision,but they talked me through the process with great respect for my feelings.
