Kim is fantastic! She’s knowledgeable about the market and all real estate matters. She’s transparent with her communication which truly solidifies trust and she’s always looking out for you. I wouldn’t trust anyone else anywhere near as much as her to ensure I am in the right place and have sold how I needed to.
We could not have been happier with Kim Martin. I would highly recommend using her for any and all of your real estate needs. She was right there, from the beginning to the end. We live out of state, so when the home inspection was completed and showed some damage. She was right on top of it. Even helping the home owner deal with the insurance adjuster. Such a true blessing to have her as our agent.🤩🤩🤩🤩
Everyone was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Looking forward to working with these folks again.
Hands down the best! Nothing else to say. All real estate agents are not created equal! Kim sets the standard!
Oh my goodness I don’t know where to start. Kim was nothing short of absolutely amazing. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and walked me step by step through the process. Kim and her team treated me like family and was ready to answer any and all of my questions. This is the first home I have sold. I was nervous to say the least. They made sure I understood everything and went above and beyond in their service. I would recommend Kim and her team to anyone looking to buy or sale. Carrie West
