We called Kim Marine to obtain a title history for a boat involved in litigation. Spoke with Mr. Kim directly. The first part of the conversation was Kim asking the things we already had told him. We had to repeat everything twice and maybe three times. Once we got past that, he started asking me questions about my client, the purpose of the title search, then he started giving opinions about our client and basically adjudicating the case without even knowing the facts or purpose of the case. Mr. Kim was very responsive and helpful on phone, even walked me through how to file some CG paperwork myself. They seem to have a lot of experience and handle the documentation work for most of commercial operators on the west coast and abroad. Will be calling Mr. Kim back for future business.
