Kim was so easy to work with, supportive and encouraging, but never pushing. As first time buyers we really needed a realtor with so much experience and were so glad to have Kim guiding us.
Kim is very professional. knowledgeable, helpful and available when we needed her advice. She was always prompt, reliable, friendly and kind. She would go above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered fully and to provide assistance. If you are looking for somebody who knows Cape Ann, Kim would be the one!
I first came across Kim when she represented the seller of the home I bought in Rockport and was impressed with her advocacy for the seller. When it came time to sell my home, Kim was the realtor I picked. She was professional and astute in developing a plan to sell my house in the prevailing market ( went under contract in 6 days). Moreover, Kim is easy to work with and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you in the selling and closing process. I highly recommend her!
Kim was a truly wonderful partner in our search for a property in Rockport. Kim was a friendly, trust-worthy presence. She asked questions to help us understand what we were looking for, was proactive in sending listings and finding info on listings I sent her, and answered a million questions about Rockport and Cape Ann. I recommend working with Kim with no reservations.
Kim was an outstanding resource throughout our whole buying process. She provided us great insight on the community, and ultimately helped us realize our vision for next life step.
