Working with Kim was great! As a first time home buyer, she really went to bat for me during a time when house prices continued to climb, and lots of lenders were just not willing to budge for me. I have used Kim twice now and have never actually met her in person. As first time homebuyers living in a small town, Kim took the time to answer all of our questions and got us through our first experience explaining everything to put us at ease.
