Super unprofessional, what happened to customer is always right or to at least help accommodate a little. Went in for a regular pedicure $35 with my friend who wanted a gel $50. We were asked if we wanted spa treatment which we declined then continued to say pick spa treatment then we asked if it costed extra and they said no. Once they opened the package and put lotion on our legs said okay now will be $50 for regular and $70 for gel. If i could give 0 stars i would. i asked for a basic gel pedicure and they told me the price would be $50. i sat down and then they asked me to pick what spa treatment i wanted and i asked if it was extra and he said no it’s included. the second he put it on my leg he tells me it’s a $15 up charge and it’ll now be $70 total. so extremely unprofessional and RUDE, this is the worst experience i have ever had and a complete waste of money. do not come here!!
