I tried to call in an order for new years. I got screamed at for no reason by the owner and then hung up on. I simply wanted to order food for my family. I asked for the price and she told me she was to busy and that she was the owner and I could either order or not she didn't care and hung up. I tried calling back and she hung up again. How is this place still in business? Lady is a complete nightmare and the food is not even that good
Having lunch with my daughter, the food is amazing. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit.
They have the best food. I come up from Philadelphia every year because the food here is awful. Does anyone know what kind of tea they use? It is sooo good! I always order the same dish, shrimp & lobster sauce. It is made to perfection here. We also ordered Crab Rangoon. They were awesome! I love Kim Lai's.
We go once a week. Very good. The new addition makes it larger and nicer inside.
I have eaten in and had delivery many times. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always hot and delicious. Sometimes the delivery comes faster than I think they could have even cooked the food. The staff is always extremely friendly. I couldn't say a bad word about kim-lai if I was paid to.
Food was so delicious! Service was excellent. I will order from here again. Take out order was exact and plentiful. Good job Kim Lai
