Kim did a great job in promoting our listing to both the public and realtor network. Managing showings, obtaining timely feedback and representing us during negotiations was top notch and a great experience!
If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would! First, we got the original offer on New Year’s Day, when Kim was ON VACATION. That tells you something, right there. The sale of our house went relatively smoothly, but our move out did not, and Kim pitched in and helped us get out of the house as if it was SHE who was moving! She helped us pack and load the trucks in high heels! My husband and I were absolutely crazed, I was on the verge of a breakdown, and Kim helped us get through it with grace and humor. Kim sold my elderly mother's condo in just two weeks, while a nearly identical one next door, listed at the same price with someone else, was on the market for several months! She answered every phone call, and took extra steps to make sure my mom was well taken care of through this transaction. She is very personable and a delight to do business with!
