Never got the estimates requested
Had to change agents. Wouldnt respond for new quote of exsisting customer after repeated contact attempts through email and phone.
Terrible Customer service. No return of Phone calls, they quoted me a home owners policy, and I had binding coverage. when I called to ask why I had not received a bill, or policy, I was told I had insurance coverage, then another said, no, I did not... then they quoted another policy for me, with a "no prior insurance" fee attached...I told them if Kim Jones would waive that fee, under the circumstances, which they most certainly could have, I would pay that day, but the office manager said she would get back to me... days ... read more
The owner can suck it! She is absolutely terrible to her employees and doesn't have a clue what shes doing!
