He would only spend ten minutes for in person appointments and would never take questions without an appointment. I went to him for insomnia. He pushed sleep apnea testing on me even though I don’t have sleep apnea. I have no symptoms and never have. Tests were $300 out of pocket. At one point he was pushing an overnight sleep study for $3000 out of pocket. After reviewing the tests myself, it was clear they were full of errors and should have been thrown out for bad data. He wasted no time getting to the source of my illness and exploring different treatment options.
Hands down one of the most caring and knowledgeable physicians I’ve ever received care from. He is the BEST in Columbus at what he and his clinic does..so don’t hesitate, Dr. Kim, his brand new facility, and fantastic staff, will make you feel like a member of their family.
I found Dr. Kim to be very friendly and when I met with him I did not feel rushed at all. He took the time to go over my test results thoroughly and to answer all of my questions. I feel like the help he has given me has greatly improved my quality of life and it likely kept me from losing my job. His office is very nice and I got along fine with his staff. I have recommended Dr. Kim's services to both a friend and a co-worker.
My visit with Dr. Kim was outstanding. He very clearly explained my situation and his staff was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor.
Poor bedside manner, cares more about money than his patients.
Dr. Kim was my sleep doctor for 7 years, and in that 7 years his quality of care has gone down hill dramatically. He orders and re-orders tests for the sake of money under the guise of being thorough. The last straw was when he wouldn't call in my medication unless I went a the way across town to see him. This was after he refused to continue my drivers license making it almost impossible to see him in the first place.
I have been seeing Dr. Kim for 9 years. Being 73 years I have had experiences with many doctors .Dr. Kim is one of the best, hands down. I wish he were an internal medicine doctor as I would make him my primary care doctor.
He has cared for my husband and me for a very long time with expertise, empathy and caring. He has done an excellent job especially with my husband's condition. I am very grateful to him.
