I give this doctor one star. I have visited their offices three times. Hoping that the second and third would redeem it self. Each time the weight is between 45 minutes to an hour, the receptionist and other nursing staff argue quietly with each other. Completely unprofessional listening to a nurse talk smack about her coworker while on patient table Ready to be examined. The doctor was completely off on why I was visiting and offered no resolution. Do not recommend.
Dr. Kim was very professional and listened to my needs to better understand how to assist.
I have been going to Dr. Kim for almost 10 years. Dr. Kim is an excellent doctor who treats the whole person. I trust him as a medical doctor, however, I cannot tolerate his mood swings any longer. I have been put down by him in his office and he has called in nasty comments for me at the pharmacy (get another doctor to fill this). I haven't the slightest idea why I got that response. It takes a week to 10 days to get a refill. I will not be disrespected by him any longer.
Dr. Kim was very helpful in explaining everything in simple words. Most doctors use medical terminology that I am not familiar with, but he put me at ease with his straightforwardness. He spent a great deal of time with my family and me and genuinely cared about our well-being and health. Overall, he is one of the best doctors I have ever known.
Being a patient of Dr.Kim for 10 years, I have experienced numerous mood swings from this doctor. At times, he seems overly nice and on other visits, he talks down to his patients and treats them awful, all depending on which mood the doctor is in on the day you have an appointment. I will be looking for another doctor. Never have I experienced a doctor who can put his patients down. I guess this explains why he has a steady stream of new employees, as the older ones either quit or are fired
My family has gone to Dr.Kim for 9 years. However, WE are changing our primary care doctor. I am VERY unsatisfied with their care. They care more about billing, sometimes over billing ( which YOU are responsible for detecting because they WILL NOT) and not for your needs. If you go for a cold they charge you for an extreme sick visit and not for a mild case as the chart in their waiting room outlines. Need a refill? Dr. Kim(just saw you 2 months ago): Come in, we are NOT a PHARMACY.
