This doctor is completely and totally unresponsive and negligent. Her lack of attention to multiple phone calls pleading for help has put myself and my husband in an unfortunate position with consequences that are dire. I would avoid this "doctor" if at all possible.
I only see Dr. Kim because of my insurance. She is a very nice person but I feel like she follows a quick routine of med prescribing based on the lowest risk for her and what is easiest for her with respect to state regulations as opposed to what my needs are as a patient. I realize she is overloaded with patients, but my medical condition has not improved substantially as a result.
