I can’t say enough how GREAT Kim is! She was a life-saver for us. We live in Oregon and we’re selling my father in law’s house in VA. Kim arranged everything, contacting renters, arranged repairs (at a great price!), pictures, home owner’s association and many other things. I never worried about anything, she had our backs!! One open house, multiple offers and the house was sold in record time and over asking price!! I HIGHLY recommend Kim!! She is FANTASTIC!!

Used Kim as my buying agent for second time. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the homes available, knows how to evaluate units providing objective analysis to help find the best home possible within the given parameters. Both times I felt Kim was a partner in this process not just someone looking to make a quick commission. Kim has been such a wonderful and attentive Real Estate Agent for our family. This is the 3rd property she's assisted us with and the location is so beautiful. Even with the hiccups that were caused by the other party's companies, she fought through it all and helped assure me of the situation. She's so incredibly good at what she does, that frankly I don't see a more clear choice in such a lengthy and big decision. She's honest, thorough, detail oriented, and determined.
