I just got off the phone to reschedule my booking and Laura was very rude. Very unprofessional did not know there was a patient cancellation policy. I had to cancel my appointment one because I was on orders too because the government shut down and I had no way paying and three because I was having a jaw reconstruction surgery. She was very disrespectful. Did not give me a chance to talk. She said we can no longer see you because this will be your third time you need to go find somebody else to turn people away for care. I was referred to Dr . Kim…to establish my self with a gastroenterologist…he said I had no business there…that it was better to go to ER and doc on call would see me. He was so rude…I cried cause of the treatment…no way would I let him touch me. Never even asked about my history…didn’t care.
