Seeking other care saved my life. Dr.Kim doesn’t have the medical knowledge or motivation to do routine testing, or treatment for known G.I illnesses leaving young patients with zero care. I asked Dr. Kim for a gastric emptying test, his response was no, because “children’s hospital Los Angeles did everything” he would’ve already. I just got off the phone to reschedule my booking and Laura was very rude. Very unprofessional did not know there was a patient cancellation policy. I had to cancel my appointment one because I was on orders too because the government shut down and I had no way paying and three because I was having a jaw reconstruction surgery. She was very disrespectful. Did not give me a chance to talk. She said we can no longer see you because this will be your third time you need to go find somebody else to turn people away for care.
