I stopped by around 4:25 PM, and the store was completely empty, not a single customer inside. From the moment I walked in, the lady behind the counter had an attitude that made it clear she didn’t want to be bothered. Bad customer service
his ego got in his way of making a 30k plus sale in 2025 TRAGIC
I bought 18kt gold necklace from this place a couple years ago.i sold it to gold digger in elk grove today.they tested it to see if it's 18kt and it isn't it was only 16kt.this business shorted me on the gold.
Both husband and wife are RUDE. I would not recommend going there. Take your business somewhere else. The wife does have bad attitude. Believe this bad review. DO NOT GO there.
