Although Nurse Practitioner, Helen Kim, was an extremely sincere and kind woman, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. With nerve deafness in my one ear, I presented with pain, hearing loss and tinnitus in my hearing ear after going to urgent care yesterday and the doctor recommending that I be seen ASAP with an ENT.
