I've been seeing Dr. Kim for the past 5+ years. She's always been helpful and friendly, and has taken great care of me. I've had several moles, skin tags, and growths removed with minimal or no scarring. It's a relief knowing Dr. Kim cares about her patients.

Went to have a tiny mole removed. She totally botched the procedure. Didn’t care that it was infected and the sutures came out. Told her and her assistant that I was allergic to the cream they put on it and yet they applied it again. My skin turned into a huge rash that was oozing and itching and the incision turned into a giant dark purple ugly scar that’s 5 times bigger than the mole ever was. Won’t ever be going back to see her again.

I had my first visit today. The wait was not long and the doctor and staff were very nice. No complaints.

Dr. Kim was visibly perturbed by the fact no one had mentioned scheduling my procedure, which made her seem rushed. At one point she left the room to check on other patients after I was opened. She came back and the sutures kept breaking because she was pulling so hard. Needless to say I am in a lot of pain now.
