We had an appointment with Mr. Im and arrived on time. The front desk clerk confirmed that we were there and asked us to wait in the meeting room. About 10 minutes later, another staff member came in and asked whether the attorney was aware that we had arrived. We explained that the front desk had already confirmed our arrival.
