Amazing customer service! I contacted them the after hours the night before and they were able to put together exactly what I wanted for my daughter's graduation by 10am the next day! Communication and service were beyond anything I expected. Very happy customer.
I called yesterday to order a bouquet of 10 tulips with greenery and baby’s breath, and was quoted $75 by the owner over the phone. When my sister went to collect it, the bouquet only had 8 tulips and no greenery included. When she asked about the missing two tulips, she was simply told that they had “broken.” She then asked for the greenery that was originally included in the quoted arrangement, only to be told it would cost an additional $15. Disappointed. I ordered an arrangement for my sisters 70th Birthday. Not even close to what I chose on the website. I know that sometimes certain flowers aren’t available but the arrangement isn’t even the right shape and some of the flowers were wilting.I was actually embarrassed at what was sent. Looks like it was just thrown together and I wouldn’t call it a deluxe size. Not worth $125.00 plus delivery.
Kim's Florist inside Greenvalley Plaza , a hidden beautiful gem of wonderfully fresh & gorgeous flower arrangements along with different gift baskets to suit all budgets. I recently ordered from them, I was absolutely pleased with the product. The customer service was attentive and smooth from the beginning, the prices are fair & the product is fantastic I recommend them .
