Kim was great at setting realistic expectations from the beginning. She went far and beyond expectations taking care of my house and contractors while I was cross country. Also great weekly communication, or anytime something changed. Not to mention excelling at advertisement and getting the house out in front of buyers.
Kim is exactly the person you want in your corner on any transaction. She has such a deep trove of knowledge that I cannot think of a situation you could fall into where she wouldn't know exactly what to do.
