Arrived 3 minutes past appointment time, still had to wait 10 extra minutes before being called back. And then after they took my daughters height and weight they brought us back to a room, asked a few questions, took maybe 5 minutes. The ladies left the room and no one returned for 38 minutes!! I get things happen, and sometimes appointments run over time. But I could not sit there any longer and wait for a "well child check up" and take another hour. This is not the first time either.
Love this clinic & the entire team. Thanks for all you do!
