Kim was amazing! She was even willing to show us houses out of her market, litterally looked from Shasta County to Southern CA. It took a few weekends of long drives, before finding a house and putting an offer together. Kim had great suggestions on what to offer and we were able to negotiate sales price lower then list. If I ever need to sell or buy she will be the person I call.
