Kim Erwin is, without a doubt, the worst realtor I have worked with, even if you use the term ‘worked with’ loosely. She was absent throughout my entire home buying purchase, her negligence caused delays in the process, and almost caused me to lose the home that I was purchasing. To start, she was not there for the showing – thankfully the owner was in the house. Kim is exceptional! She was so responsive and was there for any needs. She is so knowledgeable of the area and even took pictures of the home since the market is so hot and I was out of town. She ensured that closing was as seamless as possible. She is wonderful and you will be in great hands!
