Just left where I wanted to exchange (not a refund simply a swap for the correct hair color) the unopened hair I purchased here just a few days ago for a different color. You could tell I never opened it as it was stapled closed. The same person that rang me just a few days ago refused to make the switch qnd said i needed to go to the other location to ask the general manager but it was unlikely that i would be able to switch.
