Not a very "good neighbor" , this office doesn't return phone calls and if they do it's 2 weeks later. I was waiting on a phone call for 2 days when Kim Dupree herself claims she was going to call and I ended up calling her. Very unprofessional office. Rates are ridiculously high, what they quoted me for I dropped state farm and went to Allstate and got full coverage for the price SF offered at basic coverage! Allstate offers way more discounts than SF, I saved almost 400$ just in discounts. Plus Allstate doesn't charge you ... read more
