I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this florist. I paid $40 for a balloon that popped the moment I stepped outside. When I went back to discuss the issue, the florist was incredibly defensive and unwilling to offer any help. Her explanation was that the balloon popped because I went to Coles and “walked around.” I explained that the balloon should have been of better quality, especially for $40, and should at least last a day or two.
