Kim Dronzek was very professional, easy to work with and responsive in her communications. We sold a property from an estate involving 9 different parties on the sellers side, which presented it's own challenges, and she handled everything perfectly. I would definitely reccomend her to anyone.

Kim is an excellent realtor who goes out of her way to make sure the needs of her customers are met. During my home buying experience, she navigated me through hurdles with poor builds, bad locations and questionable neighbors with finesse, positivity and a great knowledge of the Triad market, and residential construction, in general. I wouldn't have made it through the buying process without her!
