This lady completely dismissed me. I'm set to have surgery on my back because my pain is so intense but for some reason tonight it is at a 9/10. And it's never been this bad. Incredibly dismissive. Ignores anything a patient says. Looks at a 200/100 blood pressure and assumes you’re faking it. Doesn’t understand the difference between a nerve and a muscle. Thinks she knows better than a doctor. Shouldn’t be allowed near a job that is supposed to help other people let alone in the medical field. Obviously just trying to get payed for hanging out at an ER.
Kim Driggers is a miserable human and a disgrace to her profession. Not only did she not allow my daughter past triage, she was intentionally causing her pain. Prior to me being called into the triage room, I could hear my daughter crying and begging Kim to bring me into the room. I was LIVID! She is very rude. Not only was she rude to me but the man sitting next to me. She classifies everyone as chronic users and has no people skills to be in a profession dealing with people
