Kim is the best in Portland. We have worked with Kim to purchase a home. We trusted her in every step. She is very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy.
Kim’s energy work ethic and enthusiasm is contagious. She is sweet, kind, and generally a very nice person. But don’t let that fool you, Kim is the consummate professional. She provided exceptional pictures, a great stager and terrific marketing. We had an accepted offer in 3 days above our asking price. Selling a home can be very stressful, but not with Kim, she was positive and upbeat throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Kim to list your home.
Kim is an absolute weapon. She is incredibly kind and upbeat, no matter if you're seeing house #1 or #11, but also isn't going to pretend any old dilapidated domicile "has some nice potential" if it really doesn't. In hammering out the purchase, Kim negotiated some great perks, and she and her team took great care of us all the way through move in. Definitely the realtor you enjoy running into at Costco years after you got the keys!
