We were referred to Gellatly Properties by my brother-in-law, and we’re so glad we were. Working with Kim and Cherelle was an absolute pleasure. Kim was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer, we had endless questions and she was patient and kind throughout the entire process. She guided us through really identifying what was important for us, pointing out things that would cost more money down the road and which improvements would be a good investments.
