I think the fact that Dr Lee is considered to be a good surgeon has gone to his head and he’s lost respect for his patients. Keeping people waiting for hours when they have an appointment time is totally inconsiderate arrogant on his part. He’s not the only doctor in town and we will definitely not be using him again.
I honestly can’t say if the doctor is good or bad yet, but the waiting time is absolutely killing me. The delays are very frustrating and make the whole experience stressful.
