Me and my son rented a place she managed and it had roaches and bed bugs. She got a couple cans of roach spray which didn't do much for the roaches and nothing for the bed bugs. Both of our fridges were junk and our food spoiled. We never got another fridge. My son had to store his food at a neighbor's fridge. My son never got a key to lock his place.
