This "doctor" should not be allowed to see patients. He made my toe bleed so much that my sock was soaked with blood inside my shoe when I got home. My neighbor also went to him and had a terrible experience. So, that is 2 out of 2 unsatisfied customers. That's a 100% dissatisfaction rate.

I wish I would have read the Google reviews here before I went to Dr. Fjelstad. He seems like a decent doctor but his billing department is rude and intolerable. They wouldn't work with my insurance company and wouldn't work with me on resolving issues. They just want more money, regardless of what they tell you when you're first there. I won't be going back. There are too many good doctors in the Twin Cities that work well with their patients.

Terrible billing communication. It's taken a year to get accurate billing information with threats of sending bills to collections? Stressful and very difficult to deal with.

Front desk staff unfriendly and uncaring. Not able to help with billing
