Allan was great! Very knowledgeable and professional yet folksy. Well worth the money. He found a huge leak in our crawl space after living in a newly constructed home for 30 days and he found other significant problems that have been sent to the builder for corrections. Don't think because you have a brand new home for a very good builder that everything will be 100% right. He took pics and sent a very well organized and detail report the next morning. I highly recommend him!
Allan is awesome! Very responsive,thorough, overall great guy. I trust him for all my inspections!!!!!
