My experience with Kim has been very frustrating. It has been a waste of time. She even said on a referral to get a scan that I don’t have a gallbladder when actually I do. This was frustrating and I had to wait on a new referral for the scan. She should not be an ER visit follow up PA. I hope there are better options for a more knowledgeable medical professional than Kim. This is the worst company to go to the doctor. They do not contact their patients back. They are very rude on the phone and don’t care about anybody or anything took me three days to get a phone call back from them and then they don’t care so if you need a doctor you need to find a different one do not use this doctor or the doctors office.
I don't know what I would do without kim Carlton looking out for me. She has always presented herself honestly and professionally without bias. She has been the corner post of my health care since 1996. I regard her as part of my family. I trust her with my mother who always tests the patients of all. She is Kim Carlton. End of story!
