Dr. Carlton was very professional and thorough. Explained things in layman terms. I enjoy and trust her as my primary Dr. She listens to my concerns.
Good visit with Kim. I'm comfortable in her presence.
I appreciate MS. Carlton seeing me for a pre op clearance. However, she did not introduce herself or state her medical title. This was after being greeting by two other people and one tech who did, I. face , state her name , title and what she would be doing medically. I find this odd and unprofessional on Ms. Carlton’s part , as a medical professional. I also noticed that her online reviews are mixed up with another former PA in the same organization. Again, unprofessional. Lastly, my patient portal did not display results.
