I've rented a town house from this office for two years. Since I don't have SSN the rate was higher than usual. Not bad service but I felt like I was wasting my money all the time. In addition the security deposit of $3000 has never returned to me as the owner said that it cast him more than $3000 to make repairs. The owner claimed that he is so generous and he won't charge me more where he didn't even show me the receipts for repairs.
