Kim did it again! This is the second home she's helped me buy, and I wouldn't use anyone else. We asked a million questions, wanted to see a bunch of houses, and were pretty picky, but she was always quick to respond and never made us feel like we were bothering her. I couldn't speak more highly of Kim. My situation and listing were challenging. I travel continuously with my work and am often hard to reach, my home needed repairs. And there was equity partners involved as well. Kim not only handled the challenges with skill and grace, she ensured that there was always forward progress with the deal and maintained a cheerful outlook at all times. It was a year and a half that Kim helped us buy our house. She helped navigate a difficult situation as far as the timing of the move-out of the prior owners, which enabled us to move in on time. She was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. She connected us with the resources for a mortgage and all official papers. Also, she has client appreciation parties which we have enjoyed going to.
