It was a year and a half that Kim helped us buy our house. She helped navigate a difficult situation as far as the timing of the move-out of the prior owners, which enabled us to move in on time. She was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. She connected us with the resources for a mortgage and all official papers. Also, she has client appreciation parties which we have enjoyed going to.

Kim helped my husband and I find our dream home in our dream neighborhood last year. It was our first time buying and she was always available to us to answer questions and reassure us when things got rocky. Kim is a great real estate agent. I made a good choice to go with her. She not only help to look properties around area, good location but also helped to find out all information that buyers need to know. She helps me to look for inspection, come to check the house as needed when I wasn't able to come. She spends time to understand and get to know your needs. People may think that is normal.
