On February 15. We had an open house on that weekend. On Monday we accepted an offer, on Wednesday the next week we signed documents for the sale and close. On Friday, all the funding was complete. unbelievable it was as if the sale was on speed dial. I would love to express my gratitude for and confidence in this team.
