Dr Powers is a good listener & is very compassionate. I never wait to long to see him & the appointment lasts until all my issues are addressed.
I would recommend this doctor to anyone. Nice and smart and listen to our concerns. My husband and I love his stuff. Jay treated us like family. I would not go to another doctor unless necessary.
He has a terrible bedside manner. He only speaks kindly to my dad. He didn't help me at all with my problem and the receptionist forgot to give me my change. I have been to him twice now and will never go back. He claims I'm fine but my reports show otherwise. I guess because I'm not elderly. Terrible service and very rude. Didn't even help me up on the table. I have a bad back!!
He is kind and patient. Make sure he refers to your chart as he can be a little distracted.
Don't even e your time If you are new In town trying to continue treatment i have been on steady medication for 5 + years and they knew all of this made we wait two weeks for appointment then d out paperwork get rx history and then turn me away. Now I left sick as hell with no where to turn. This place should be blacklisted. I'm so disgusted with their unprofessionalism.
