We just purchased a lake house on Lake Oconee. This was the single largest personal expense of my life. Our agent was Michelle Banks and she made the whole process easier. Her knowledge of the lake and area was critical for my wife and I making the decision. She knows who to contact for anything! We had a problem with insurance two days before closing and she ‘pulled a rabbit out of the hat’ with her contacts and we got our house. Michelle is a true professional in what she does.
