Beware. This office cancelled my children's appointments 3 times, one of which was when I was standing at the front door. They were switching to this office because their old pediatrician moved out of state. The receptionist was rude when I explained that my children were new patients and had their appointment cancelled 3 times. After the 3rd cancellation I requested the medical documents their former pediatrician sent to their office. Not really happy about the fact you have to pay $10 for a copy of your child’s physical for school , sports etc . I think that is so outrageous to me . My kids been coming to this doctor’s office for years ! This makes me sad.
I brought my son to see Ms Kelly in January 2024 per recommendation since we switched our health insurance and I don’t understand how this lady is a pediatrician and has been for so many years. There was no warmth or bedside manner and my son and me had a horrible experience. There should be way more empathy when working with children. The front desk staff were unprofessional as well.
