Extremely bad service; rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate of a customer needing help with a product they sold me. I've tried to call them several times, left voicemail, sent email even back in July (it's now November) and no more response. I guess after you buy an almost $300 system, they're done with you after they get the payment, or maybe it's limited to only one help session?
