Never Received my Generator and switches. Almost 10k Spent and never got anything. No responses, No communication and run around. Someone will get back to you and never does. BEWARE
I cannot say enough good things about Jourdan and his crew. We had some trouble with our hot tub company, and when we did, Killowatt was incredibly responsive, helpful and caring. I’m talking, drop everything and came to our house on a Saturday evening, that’s unheard of! After a series of unfortunate events from the company we purchased the hot tub from, Killowatt saved the day and was the only company following up to make sure we were good.
