Jordan was phenomenal! Not only did I reach out today in the morning super last minute in need of someone to take a look a my breaker that constantly was tripping and making buzzing noise. He responded immediately to my inquiry and asked me what was going on, once I further explained and sent pictures he had a very great knowledge on what the problem was before coming, and turns out he was right! I was in a jam before snow storm on Saturday afternoon my generator was not working. I called Kilowatt desperate and Jourdan came out was not able to fix the generator. We reviewed steps to fix it, he said he would order the part and would make it his mission to fix the generator. He gave me a very fair estimate for the repair and his service call today was fair. Jourdan personally is very nice & honest. I would and have recommended him.

Right from the start I appreciate a business that has a functioning website, responded to inquiry within hours not days, uses emails to maintain communications, as well as texts with updates to service times, etc. Service was prompt, pricing was fair, and repairs/installations were executed as expected.
