Quick follow up, we had them do a second job at our new home and had the same type of experience. We had a free site visit with a great discussion on the job we we wanted done. The workers were efficient, careful, neat, and asked questions throughout the process to be sure I was satisfied with the steps they were taking. Excellent work!
Over priced, took forever to show up and tried charging us emergency rates for scheduled work. Asked for an itemized receipt multiple times and never received one. Completely overrated service.
