Very disappointing experience at Kilo Tire Shop. I came in for a simple service and left with a dangerous problem. His son broke my lug nuts and the stud, leaving me with only three lug nuts on my wheel. Instead of taking responsibility, he claimed someone else caused the damage even though it happened right there. As soon as I drove away, my car started shaking and the tire began wobbling.
