The work was completed within the set timeframe, and I’m very happy with the outcome. There was a short delay while waiting for a part to arrive, but once it came in the job was finished promptly. The lady who handled all the phone calls to organise everything was very polite. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to meet her as she was unwell with the flu, but I think it was the best decision for her to stay home and rest.

Mark and the team at Kilmore SMASH were absolutely brilliant! I cannot fault their service; they got me in quickly and were able to return my car quicker than quoted. They handled everything to do with my insurance, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. When we got our car back, it looked, drove and even smelled like brand new! Seriously, 5 Star service!! Thanks KSR!!
