Had an appointment with Dr Svetlana - I haven't felt this heard or comfortable with a doctor in many years. Super friendly and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend her to all! Reception staff are very cranky; often.. but also can understand the pressure they are under sometimes too. Maybe a smile wouldn't hurt. Overall had a good experience here.
Booked an appointment and an hour before it was cancelled as they decided the doc wouldn't accept a new patient. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful.
Excellent medical centre.. I rang up yesterday in pain with my right ear. Thinking it was blocked. Got an appointment with a Dr straight away. Was told I have a viral infection both on my chest and ear. Was giving a prescription for ear drops. When I got home put the drops in and Within 5 mins the pain in my ear went away and by 10pm that night I could hear out of my ear again… wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brilliant staff and Dr’s
Good heath care but why does a medical centre have commercial TV blaring away in reception.. No health content and not good for mental or aural health. It's just noise pollution but the staff are resistant to patient requests! I thought we were the customers here? Why the awful noise? It's not good for anyone. If you want to have noise, at least have health messages playing!
