I had surgery yesterday and I am incredibly thankful for the excellent care I received. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Every staff member I encountered was professional and kind. The nurses were so caring and attentive, always making sure I was okay and explaining what was happening. Visited the Urgent Care today due to a stomach pain which I suspected could be appendicitis. Waiting time was reasonable (three hours). It was busy and there were five people ahead of me and one doctor on duty. I could not fault the care I received from start to finish. Dr.Tyson was extremely attentive and listened to my concerns and immediately came up with a plan. A big shout out to Kilmore Urgent Care staff. Always bright, helpful and knowledgeable. Yes, sometimes need to wait a while, but not always. We are blessed to have this facility in Kilmore.
