I recently called into Kilmore Collision late on a Friday afternoon to see if they could take a look at a small depression in the rear hatch / door of my daughters Kia Picanto. My experience with Kilmore Collision Repairs was nothing short of appalling. From the beginning, communication was vague and inconsistent. The timeline for repairs was repeatedly extended with no proper explanation, and when I finally got my vehicle back, the quality of the work was disgraceful—misaligned panels ( couldn’t even accesses the spare tyre ) obvious signs of poor workmanship.
